Herbert Hall is an Investment Banking Consultant with over twenty years experience in the finance field. He specializes in debt refinancing, debt restructuring, capital raises (debt, quasi equity and equity), mergers and
acquisitions as well as off balance sheet financing. In his prior assignments, Mr. Hall served as the Head of Investment Banking for Jamaica and the Northern Caribbean for one of the Caribbean’s leading investment banking
houses. He is a trained economist and held the post of Monetary Economist with the Central Bank of Jamaica.
Mr. Hall has been at the forefront of structuring and arranging some of the Caribbean’s largest and most complex capital market deals including equity transactions such as (a) the historic sale of the Government of Jamaica’s majority shares in the country’s first toll road via the largest public offering, (b) the initial public offering of one of Jamaica’s leading manufacturer and distributor of food and beverage products (c) the secondary offer and cross listing of the Caribbean’s largest property fund on the Jamaica Stock Exchange (d) the reintroduction of the
Caribbean’s largest general & life insurer to the Jamaica Stock Exchange (e) the largest private debt raises in Jamaica’s history for Jamaica’s largest financial conglomerate. He has also led a number of large private debt transactions for both government, quasi-government and corporate clients including financial institutions.

Herbert is a thought leader and is frequently asked to share his knowledge on various topics including
(a) financing of water, wastewater and energy (b) private and public sector led infrastructure development and financing (c) regional capital markets development as well as Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (“MSME”) funding.

He holds a BSc. in Economics & Management (Hons.) and a MSc. in Economics, both from the University of the West Indies as well as a MSc. in Finance from the University of Leicester. He is the Founder & Chief Investment Banking Consultant for Ambassador Capital Partners Limited, Founder & Executive Director for M.F.Foods Limited, a voting member of the University of Technology’s Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship Course Advisory Committee and a member of the Jamaica Stock Exchange’s Programme Trained Directors. Herbert also volunteers on the Jamaica Business Development Corporation’s Advisory Panel Board which offers business advisory and coaching services to MSMEs.

Narda Ventura considers one of her biggest assets to be able to solve small and big problems with client focused solutions. With close to two decades experience in the Corporate world, and close to a decade in the entrepreneurial world, she has thrived in areas of solution development manifested in a product or a service.

Narda has extensive experience in the field of product development and product management within the Jamaican Financial Sector. She has also built her competence as a market researcher, which she considers to be a necessary tool when creating solutions. Narda has the natural ability to see a problem and understand the depths and trickle effects which creates pain points and needs. This approach positions her to be able to create solutions that speaks directly to those problems, pains and needs of the segment experiencing them, understanding that these same problems, pains and needs evolve and the solution will need to as well. In solution creation Narda is keen on service delivery and the customer’s experience as a value add.

Narda embraces being a serial entrepreneur with close to a decade’s experience as a business owner. Since leaving Corporate Jamaica in 2013, she has started two businesses. She currently stands as Managing Director for H20 Worx (Aquaworx) – positioned to be the premier developmental swim programme in Jamaica, which in itself has experience growth in service offering, as it continues to meet the needs of its clients.

In 2016, Sky Blue Transactions Solutions Ltd. was founded and Narda currently serves as Founder / Chief Executive Officer.

Narda holds a BSc. in Psychology from the University of West Indies and a MSc in Business focused on Human Resource from the Nova South Eastern University. She has completed a number of financial, leadership, project management, mediation and general management courses over her time, as well as kept herself abreast of tools required to scale her businesses, through accelerators offered by the Branson Centre and Rev Up Caribbean.

Narda has leveraged her ability to listen and understand, and attributes this to being able to build effective teams while driving to success.

With over 25 years in the Information Technology field, including 10 years in enterprise IT management in varying roles, Kyle is an experienced IT professional, with a passion for solving business problems.

His extensive track record of successes speaks to his ability to envision new ways to create business value, along with the ability to go above and beyond to ensure value realization.

He is also a serial entrepreneur, and in addition to other endeavours, he owns and manages two of Jamaica’s most highly visible classified  platforms
