You are notified of successful transaction in two ways. A real time email notification with details of the transaction and card holder, as well as a real time update to your sales dashboard, which will also provide you with details on the transaction.

Your customer also has the ability to track a successful transaction, as they will get an immediate notification on their device, indicating success and accompanied by a transaction number.

A successful transaction is then settled to your designated account every Tuesday and Friday (or based on agreed settlement frequency).

Once your customers select the ‘check out’ button, your transactions goes through the same process that all ecommerce transactions go through for card verification and available funds.

 

You have the ability to price your goods or services in both J$ and US$. Additional currencies to come.

Your payment page can process any Visa, MasterCard or KeyCard (debit card, prepaid card, gift card or credit card).

The eZeePayments.com solution provides you with the flexibility to operate with or without a website.

If you already have a website, there are plugins available for integration with your check out page. Plugins available include WordPress (woocommerce) and Ecwid. Coming soon, plugins for Wix, Weebly and Shopify.

If you do not have a website, no worries. You will have access to the eZee Command Centre, which will give you the ability to generate unlimited Payment Links, Buttons and QR Codes. These have the ability to be open (No name and amount), or specific to a customer (Name and amount for purchase).

These links and buttons can be communicated any way that you are able to send a digital message; (via, email, whatsapp, messenger etc).

The QR Codes are ideal for contactless face to face transactions. These can be printed and presented to your customer for them to ‘Scan to Pay’.

All buttons, links and QR codes will take your customers directly to your payment page.

Once all required documentations have been uploaded and verified, you will be able to have your payment page available within 24 – 48 hours*conditions apply.

Signing up for this solution is eZee. You will need your business registration, photo identification, proof of address (of business or proprietor) and a designated bank account (in the business/ company name, or the name of the proprietor).
